A Study on the Impact of Chinese Domestic Tourists’ Participation on their Post-Travel Behaviors in Traditional Chinese Villages

According to attitude–behavior theory, the emotions generated by tourists’ travel experiences can influence their subsequent behavioral intentions. This quantitative study analyzed 398 survey questionnaires using a structural equation model explore multiple chain mediating effects between participation, perceived value, place attachment, and loyalty. The results show that innovation interaction dimensions of tourist participation significantly generation value which is far greater than information exchange dimension. Perceived affects formation self-enhancement dimension influences recommendations. Compared ordinary emotional connection tourists destination more profound important, attachment plays crucial role in confirms relevance theory context traditional village tourism extends theory’s application encompass individuals places.
